Then join our Molson Coors International Customer Excellence team as Price and Revenue Manager.

     

    Establish and lead the Price and Revenue Management function in MCI and continue to build capability and deliver incremental profitable growth through the right balance of Volume, Net Pricing and Mix across markets and channels for the portfolio.

    This requires partnering with all commercial disciplines and market leaders to bring forward to our distributors and retailers actionable solutions to deliver category growth for customers and ourselves through fact based analytics using all different market lenses (competition, shopper, consumer, customers, retail, substitutes, costs, etc).

    This role will develop pricing strategy by channels for multipacks and inform innovation spaces, lead optimization of Commercial investment (Discounts/ATL/BTL/Coolers) and system value chain, and inform trade term and distribution contracts. This role will maximize the impact of consumer and trade promotions, by capitalizing in opportunities through conceptual thinking and development of new solutions and convincing/selling solutions benefits to the commercial team and customers.

     

    Revenue Management is still a very young discipline. Expect to be involved in design and implementation of new concepts and processes, you will have the opportunity to bust many myths and set new paradigms. We expect you will bring in experience from sales, finance or strategic consulting with a clear track record of implemented commercial initiatives igniting balanced topline.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Lead the optimization of our Portfolio Pricing strategies (annual, innovation and promotional), through multiple lenses, ranging from elasticity to pilot results, to brand- and pack architectures to deliver profitable growth for MCI and our customers. 
    • Lead mix management to drive differentiation strategies between channels, retail, brands, packs and SKUs to maximize profitable growth. Work with country leads, customers, and other Customer Excellence functional leads to execute solutions that drive category growth and deliver incremental profit
    • Optimise our investments (including BME,discounts and promotions, coolers, etc) for the best possible growth and return. Deliver positive ROI by defining the best business drivers and launching the best trading frameworks to support our commercial teams and customers.
    • Communicate and educate teams on best practices and deliver fact based opportunities for improvement
    • Thought leadership around Price and Revenue management and tools to deliver sustainable growth in designing commercial solutions. Scope ranges from negotiation terms for distributor agreements to channel solutions and activations and requires scenario planning and selling recommendations through great people skills and an ability to balance fact-based proposals with practical/easy to implement solutions that create value for customers and MCI. Expertly balance challenging the team with collaborative approach.

      As Revenue Management Expert, you will prepare,present and defend strong commercial arguments to leadership teams and hold them accountable for execution with customers

    • Build Revenue Management capability across MCI and our network of distributors and work jointly with the rest of the Customer Excellence leadership to combine practices (Insights, Category Drivers, KAM, FSM, Trade Marketing, etc), to deliver against Molson Coors Advantage

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • College/University degree
    • Related Master's or MBA preferred

    Skills and Relevant Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience with Beverages or FMCG companies including 3-5 years experience in within price and revenue management, trade marketing, commercial planning, or commercial finance departments. Commercial acumen and strong analytical skills are critical. Strong leadership and communication skills and demonstrated ability to deliver incremental profit required

    Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:

    • Subject matter expert with experience from leading Beer/FMCG.
    • Spanish fluency preferred
    • Ability to travel
