The Molson Coors General Manager for South Korea is part of the Molson Coors International division, whose main objective is to help accelerate sales gains and the brand adoption process of Molson Coors and Miller Brands among target consumers in South Korea.
The main responsibility is to achieve P&L goals and drive sustainable top line growth.
Ongoing evaluation of retail display effectiveness, shelf/floor location, SKU distribution and product freshness against the approved AOP for the MCI brands in markets
Understands the role of MCI brands in the brand portfolios of partners while ensuring that the local sales team allocates the "mind time" which is representative of our brand investment in the local market
Skills and Relevant Work Experience:
