    The Headlines:

    In the role of Talent Resource Consultant for our International Business Unit, working in our Corporate Head Office in Denver, you will be part of the International HR team together with the Global Diversity & Talent Management (DTM) team.  The person will work with HRBPs and senior leaders globally to lead to develop and manage effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions for the organization.  You will be responsible for identifying and executing the talent acquisition strategy in one of the most diverse organizations operating globally across a number of our developing markets.   

    This position reports to the Senior Manager, Diversity & Talent Management with a close working relationship with business unit Chief People & Diversity Officer and wider HR Leadership team.


    The Responsibilities:

    • Executes the talent acquisition strategy and approach for Molson Coors International
    • Adapts and implements the talent acquisition strategy specific to different countries and regions to ensure a one way yet agile approach
    • Manages talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization
    • Drives diversity through planned and strategic pipeline, sourcing, organization relationships, prospecting, sourcing and relationship management.
    • Improves accuracy and time to fill rates while consistently delivering diverse talent to the enterprise
    • Connects business and talent trends to sourcing and recruiting needs and proactively manages them
    • Advising the business and wider HR Leadership Team as the subject matter expert
    • Operates efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment
    • Demonstrates effective collaboration and senior stakeholder management


    The Other Qualifications:


    • You have prior experience in talent acquisition with a strong preference for international recruiting
    • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
    • You thrive on a fast paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity and change
    • You are independent and flexible to support our markets across the world
    • You act with pace, flexibility and agility to determine and implement the business resourcing needs and sourcing strategy for the market
    • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
    • You exhibit our core values and drive an approach that meets different market needs
    • You have an Undergraduate degree in HR, business or related curriculum, graduate degree preferred
    • You are Bilingual (especially Spanish) – preferred
