In the role of Talent Resource Consultant for our International Business Unit, working in our Corporate Head Office in Denver, you will be part of the International HR team together with the Global Diversity & Talent Management (DTM) team. The person will work with HRBPs and senior leaders globally to lead to develop and manage effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions for the organization. You will be responsible for identifying and executing the talent acquisition strategy in one of the most diverse organizations operating globally across a number of our developing markets.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Diversity & Talent Management with a close working relationship with business unit Chief People & Diversity Officer and wider HR Leadership team.
