This position is responsible for the analysis, consolidation and reporting of the LATAM So. region, with a 70% focus on the LATAM S markets outside of Puerto Rico and 30% on Puerto Rico working closely with both the LATAM So. team and market-based teams (specifcially the Finance Manager Finance Manager for the business unit). Responsibilites also include Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow accounting in line with group standards and accounting principles US GAAP. Overseeing the budgeting, forecasting and accounting, this position is also responsible to ensure compliance in line with local Tax and Legal Requirements, to ensure Statutory requirements are met. The ability to do advanced modeling in Excel, familiarity of IT systems (preferrable SAP), attention to detail, hard work ethic, team attitude, and the ability to work well with others are all imperative pre-requisites for this role. This role also supports of the AOP, LRP, and START processes for the LATAM S region, including consolidation, control of Local Company Overheads and forecasting the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.


This person will work closely with the Finance Senior Manager to support strategic initiatives of driving profitable and sustainable growth.



  • Support the Accounting, Company Policies Compliance and Financial Controls     
  • -Complete month-end account reconciliations, supports consolidation of LATAM So. Business financials and prepare journal entries    
  • -Ensure compliance with appropriate controls
  • -Become a SME for system knowledge and support
  • Partner with IT on system improvements and issue resolution
  • -Supports the process of testing new reports or current report enhancements
  • -Drive efficiency in the reporting process through the use of systems, tools, and standardization
  • -Ensure procurement, accounts payable, T&E & other Company Policies Compliance
  • Support Statutory, Tax Compliance and external/internal audit process
  • Manage & assist with Monthly Close, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting and Analysis
  • -Assist with the compilation and completion of the monthly Standard Reporting deck
  • -Assist in the preparation of the monthly BPR report for regional and MCI meetings
  • -Assist in the preparation of the the Earnings Release, 10-K/10-Q, and other required results forms
  • -Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for LATAM So., MCI, Partners and Executive Leadership Team meetings
  • -Support the LATAM So. growth & development
  • -Support in the preparation, analysis, approval & review of the START process for LATAM So.
  • - Prepare and track progress against cost savings programs (Price Promotion Effectiveness, COGS, BME and G&A)
  • -Prepare and track Price Promotion, BME & G&A costs vs. plan and PY; prepare variance analysis, identify opportunities and risks and provide recommendations
  • -Assist with functional budget management and forecasting
  • Support the Annual Operating Plan (LRP/AOP) Process as well as START Process
  • -Build and improve the AOP templates
  • -Support in the AOP consolidation process for LATAM So.
  • -Support to set-up and manage AOP related meetings
  • -Support to load the final AOP's for LATAM So.
  • -Support to prepare and finalize the Finance portion of all START documents
  • -Work closely with Commercial Team, MCI Denver, MillerCoors Procurement & Accounts Payable as appropriate
  • -Support the LATAM So. reporting, analysis and forecasting process
  • -Identify opportunities/processes to improve forecast accuracy
  • -Create LATAM So. reports, analytical tools Support in the Responsible for Managing Molson Coors new Miller business' International Reporting
  • -Load and validate the reporting data cube on a monthly basis
  • -Create the consolidated LATAM So. reports, analytical tools, and web-based reports
  • -Ensure all reporting is accurate (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • -Attention to detail and advanced Excel modeling capability is imperative




Bilingual, Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firm (experience in Manufacturing is preferred) or minimum of 2-3 years as an accountant or financial analyst in Manufacturing. Attention to details and a team attitude with a track record of strong collaboration, ability to work independently, high-degree of self initiative, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software


Multi - Lingual. Experience in international markets. Advanced understanding of the financial statements and their creation and classification, including income statements, statements of cash flows, and balance sheets. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Word software. Previous experience working with SAP
